If you are craving chocolate cake and don't want to make an entire cake here is a great recipe:

4TBS self rising flour
4TBS sugar
2TBS cocoa

blend those together in LARGE mug

Add:

1 egg
3TBS milk
3TBS oil
splash of vanilla
blend together well

Pop into microwave. Time depends on microwave and wattage. The recipe calls for 3 min. on high for 1000W. My microwave in only 900W and 2:45 min. was a tad too much.

After done, run knife around edge and turn out onto plate.
If you are craving extra, extra chocolate taste, pour Hershey's syrup over warm cake. Or use your imagination. Add chocolate chips if you have them. Top with ice cream or some of that ice cream fudge sauce. Yummmmmm. Perfect cake for one........or two.
